Hi Bob,
Very good call on the 109. I would urge against the shoal version. My understanding is GLYC should be able to accommodate even in lean water years, at least, I hope so, because we plan to move there with our 109 asap. Either way, happy to chat about the 109 and keep my ears open for 109s for ...

Headliner Replacement
After searching high and low I was able to find a match for the vinyl headliner, at least for hull 251. Plus, this vinyl seems to be higher quality than stock. Keep the old as a template for the new once peeled off.

Re: Gebo Portlight Replacement Parts
Just came across this same issue.
I ordered several feet of the sealing rubber earlier this year. It was a bummer they no longer carried the pre-formed seals. It was challenging getting wrinkles out of the seal while going around the bends, but it is possible.

Re: Table Pieces Help Please
Hi Chris,
Converted for cans. I have the original in storage. Can get a photo of original if needed. I have found that mounting a shoe/storage holder on the mast with zip ties works really well for a Nalgene holder (for Macs).

Re: Main traveler car replacement
Finally got in touch with Harken. They recommended T2742B.HL.NW. The “NW” is a special order for Non-Captive Bearing tracks/cars. After double checking my track and car, I found out it was actually captive bearing (2005 Hull 251).
Long story short, Chris is correct. Model T2742B.HL is correct. Also ...

Five years ago I sent original to sailtec for a rebuild. Has been rock solid since.

Re: Main traveler car replacement
Thanks, Chris. I think you are correct that the T2742B.HL is the replacement. Waiting to hear back from Harken and will report back with my final solution.

Re: Table Pieces Help Please
My center insert is a bit “modified” and original is in storage, but dimension are the same. L 20 3/4, W 4 3/16, H is about 3/4.
Probably best to assume that all tables have small differences, but this should get you close. Have fun building!
BTW, there is a prior post on varnish. Epifanes Rubbed ...

Photos part 2 - forgot to measure height and height of the forward lip/trim piece, but photo attached. Trim piece is probably an inch.

Re: Table Pieces Help Please
Ok, got it. It will be hard to make sense of the measurements from just the pictures, but you should be able to match things up with the more exact measurements. They are 15 1/2, 12 3/4, 9 3/16, 4 1/4, 8 3/4, 7 3/4, and 7. Standby for center insert.

Main traveler car replacement
Trying to find a replacement for the traveler car, particularly the control blocks. Manual has parts referenced as Harken 1515 Double Control Blocks and Harken 1509 Traveler Car. It appears Harken has updated travelers, but nothing with the control blocks on top of the car.
Thanks,
