Blue Performance Winch Handle Bags - best install?

What is the best angle to install the blue performance winch handle bags at?

I think I installed these handle holders at too great an angle, as the crew tends not to use them.

Straight up and down will also double as beverage holders!

We have two either side mounted on the for/aft face - also vertical - also handy beer holders!
